The completely unfiltered diary of a 23-year-old (week 50)
A freaking adorable little poodle ran up to me in the park and licked my ankle, and jumped up to put its tiny fluffy paws on my leg.
It was amazing.
And it wasn’t even trying to hump me. I think.

Got vaxxed! It was really quick and not that painful at all.
Not looking forward to the ache that’s gonna come though, but maybe it won’t be that bad (it’s just the first shot).
Also, hung out with Gia and Cher (separately. lol) It was my first time going to Cher’s place, and it was a little intimidating because her whole family was there, but it was all good and chill. I still get the feeling that Cher isn’t being completely honest with her feelings, but she does seem happier, which is great.
Lyza texted again too, after I kinda let the conversation fizzle off from last time. Ah. Will probably have to talk to her to iron things out at some point. Just to be cool again.
Also, side hustle needs attention. Gotta get it done!
But I also wanna bake another cake. Lol.
—
I made some chocolate truffles (for the first time). They’re extremely rich. And pretty damn good in small doses.
Because of that, I have whipping cream now. Which means I can make some chocolate cake with chocolate ganache. YES. Aw I hope it’s gonna be amazing.
I’ve also been going on walks in the park, and I’m glad we’ve got masks on because I’d probably be too self-conscious to walk alone in the park without a mask on. Ridiculous isn’t it. But yeah, cos literally everyone else is either in pairs walking, and those alone are either jogging or walking a dog. No crazy person my age is simply walking.
But I do plug in my earpieces and try to listen to a Spanish podcast, which helps a ton because I have something to focus on other than the people around me.
Also, meeting some friends with Sam this weekend. Pretty excited for that.
And made made my first sell at 17% profit. TPYP. It might continue going up, but I’m not risking it.
Yeah. That’s 50 weeks of journaling. Wow.
I’m still bored, but feeling pretty alright. And these entries kinda give some structure to my week. It marks the midweek.
xo,
Amber
